Depending on the request, we may source from a variety of trusted retailers, spa's, hospitality destinations, luxury brands, local boutiques, artisan makers, specialty shops, professional services and online merchants.
Whenever possible, we love incorporating unique finds, small businesses, handcrafted items, and personalized touches that help create a more meaningful gifting experience.

Thoughtfully Her will never disclose personal information, recipient details, addresses, gifting history, important dates, or relationship profile information to any third party without proper authorization.
For additional privacy, each client may establish a unique Client Verification Code during onboarding. If someone contacts us requesting information regarding your account or gifting profile, we may require this verification code before discussing any account-related details.
If verification cannot be completed, no information will be released.

For the best experience, we recommend submitting requests at least 2–4 weeks before your desired delivery date. This allows time for thoughtful sourcing, personalization, customizations, and delivery coordination.
For more urgent needs, our priority Concierge service may accommodate requests with less than 48 hours' notice based on availability and priority level, but it will be associated with an additional fee.
Thoughtfully Her believes that meaningful gifting is not defined by how much is spent, but by the thought and intention behind the gesture.
To ensure we can provide the level of personalized service, sourcing, and concierge support our clients expect, we do require a minimum gifting budget for services and experiences.
During your consultation, we will discuss your preferred budget, occasion, and gifting goals to determine the most appropriate recommendations.

Because each gifting experience is customized and involves time spent consulting, researching, sourcing, and coordinating services, concierge service fees may not be refundable once work has begun. However, we will always make every reasonable effort to address concerns and ensure you feel valued as a client.
